Returns
You may send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions
Please note that due to health protection or hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at Support@zinari.co.uk or via our support form with your name, email, and order number to arrange for a return and replacement or refund. According to UK and EU law, you are entitled to make a complaint about faulty goods within two years (EU) or up to six years (UK) from the date of purchase, depending on the nature of the product and the fault.
